Why Hemorella^TM?

Hemorella^TM is a product containing a natural extract of hops. Hop flavonoids contained in the Hemorella^TM ointment show beneficial effects in supporting the treatment of inflammation, among others, in the course of a hemorrhoidal disease.

Hop flavonoids have a wide spectrum of health-promoting properties. Studies carried out on cell lines and animal models have shown that hop flavonoids affect the inhibition, proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells, formation of capillary structures, as well as reduce the activity of pro-angiogenic factors. Proven biological activity and lack of toxicity of hop flavonoids for healthy cells makes them very promising agents in the prevention and support of treatment of many diseases.

According to the literature data, hop flavonoids have antibacterial, antiviral, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, antimutagenic, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. In vitro and in vivo studies show that hop flavonoids reduce inflammatory and oxidative processes through various mechanisms. The most important are: removal of free oxygen radicals and their reactive forms (ROS), inhibition of cyclooxygenase activity, reduction of prostaglandin production and prevention of membrane phospholipid peroxidation. As strong antioxidants and modulators of pro-inflammatory factors, hop flavonoids inhibit the formation and growth of various types of diseases.
